If you want to elevate your life, you can’t continue to live by the same playbook. This doesn’t mean you need to alienate what you’ve been doing entirely, but transformation does require change.
Our goal is to help you create a sustainable system that enables you to optimize your health and well-being by establishing a high standard of living. To be clear though, these are YOUR goals that YOU will define. We will encourage and coach you along the way while holding you 100% accountable to the goals that YOU have defined.
We would begin by having a complimentary introductory meeting to learn about each other and determine if One Purpose Wellness is right for you. If you determine that you do want to move forward, the program works as follows:
Our Health Coaching Program
There are numerous benefits to health coaching, but an important first step for you will be to determine if you are ready to create change in your life. Our goal is to help YOU determine and achieve the best version of yourself by creating a sustainable plan that is based on the evidence-based pillars of a healthy lifestyle.
Free Introductory Overview
We would begin by having an complimentary introductory meeting to learn about each other and determine if One Purpose Wellness is right for you. If you determine that you do want to move forward, the program works as follows:

Initial Assessment
(Up to 90 minutes)
You will complete two assessments that will include your personal health and well-being. We will review your assessments and goals and define your wellness vision.
Find Your Purpose
(3-Month Program)
In the first 90 days, you will have a defined wellness vision and clear goals you will achieve. These 90-day goals will be supported by weekly goals that you establish. As you achieve success, you’ll begin to establish improved daily habits that pave the way towards achieving the life you desire.
- 12 sessions, 45 minutes each. (Initial 90-minute overview is included.)
- 90-day goals defined by YOU.
- Weekly goals defined by YOU.
- Communication via text/email between sessions for added support.
- Optional resources to further self-growth and find clarity for lasting change.
Grow Your Purpose
(6-Month Program)
As you develop your roadmap to maximizing your life, you need to strive for consistency. With a clear vision for yourself and improved daily habits that you established in the first 90 days, you’ll build on your success and establish a calendar that reflects your priorities.
- 24 sessions, 45 minutes each. (Initial 90-minute overview is included.)
- 90-day goals defined by YOU.
- Weekly goals defined by YOU.
- Communication via text/email between sessions for added support.
- Optional resources to further self-growth and find clarity for lasting change.
Maintain Your Purpose
(Monthly)
After completing the Find Your Purpose or Grow Your Purpose program, you may find that a month-to-month commitment is more suitable for you.
- One 45-minute session per week.
- Weekly goals defined by YOU.
- Communication via text/email between sessions for added support.
- Optional resources to further self-growth and find clarity for lasting change.
Individual Sessions
(Weekly or Biweekly)
Once you are off and running and achieving the success you’ve always strived for, you can schedule one on one’s as needed.
