I’m John Michael, founder of One Purpose Wellness, and I didn’t begin my journey as a wellness coach, I started in the corporate world.

That’s when I began studying the pillars of a healthy lifestyle. I pursued my master’s degree in Lifestyle Health Science and Coaching at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and earned certification through Wellcoaches and the National Board.
