Find Your Purpose
(3-Month Program)

In the first 90 days, you will have a defined wellness vision and clear goals you will achieve.  There are 3 key phases to the program:

  • 12 virtual sessions, 45 minutes each. (Initial 90-minute overview is included.)
  • 90-day vision and goals defined by YOU.
  • Weekly goals that support your vision.

Grow Your Purpose
(6-Month Program)

With a clear vision for yourself and improved daily habits that you established in the first 90 days, you’ll build on your success and establish a sustainable calendar that reflects your priorities.  The additional 3 key phases would include:
