Program Overview
College Ready. Life Ready.
(3 or 6 Month Program)
Together- we will assess your personal goals, mindset, and health. Then, you will receive a customized plan and live step-by-step coaching to support to guide you through 3-phases to college & career success:
- Build a Clear Foundation: Determine your goals, needs, & plan for success
- Transform Your Habits: Identify the good, replace the bad.
- Build Sustainable Systems: Achieve consistent work/life balance while sustaining academic & career growth.
What's Included:
12 or 24 virtual sessions, 1 hour each. (Initial assessment is reviewed in the 1st meeting)
90-day vision and goals defined by YOU.
Weekly goals that support your vision.
Communication via text/email between sessions for
added support.
Optional resources to further self-growth and find clarity

Meet Your Coach – John Michael
As a father of two young men in college and an experienced business leader, I’ve seen firsthand how much health, mindset, and daily choices shape long-term success. I created the College Ready, Life Ready program to help young adults build that strong foundation before they’re overwhelmed by classes, campus life, and career decisions.
My coaching is built around three stages: Clarity, Habits, and Sustainable Systems. First, we create clarity around who they are, what they want, and what success looks like for them. Then we build simple, repeatable habits that support their goals. Finally, we design sustainable systems so those habits stick—especially when life gets busy or stressful.
At every stage, we integrate core wellness principles: exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep, and social connection. I work alongside students to align their daily routines with these pillars of well-being, so they can show up as their best selves in the classroom, on campus, and eventually in the professional world. My goal is to be a relatable guide who understands their world—and a steady voice that helps them turn intentional routines into lifelong success.

How long is the program?
We have two options: 3 months or 6 months. There will be weekly 1 hour meetings that will be held virtually at the time that works best for the client.
What happens after the program?
If the client desires, we can still meet weekly or monthly. We are flexible and will accommodate their needs.
